Today marks the start of the Venetian Carnival. I had the opportunity to go 4 years ago (that's me in the green having fun with confetti in the second last pic) and it is a magical event to see and experience. People really go all out and the costumes are stunning. If you ever have a chance to go I highly recommend it. Here are some the pics of my time there.
